Full Time Reservation Consultants(6 positions)

London: 2 Full Time Positions to start as soon as possible
Milton Keynes: 4 positions to start as soon as possible

You will assist our clients in every aspect of  booking their flights & holidays from the initial enquiry to after-sales support, customer services and have the ability to identify and anticipate their needs. Job Title: Assistant Financial Accountant (2 position)
=======================================

Milton Keynes: 2 full time position to start as soon as possible. 
 
Main Responsibilities:
To assist in the preparation of profit and loss account and balance sheet for, business on a monthly basis, complete with variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations and Statutory Accounts preparation.

Main Duties:
To assist with the month end of the main Company, duties will include:
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Capital Commitment Analysis
- Year End Analysis & Reconciliation
- Assisting/Supplying Information to Auditors for Annual Audit
- Preparation of weekly flash/management figures

Experience Required:
- Mainly Financial Accounting
- Completed profit & loss accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience within an Accounts environment and will be:
- Proficient in Word & Excel with emphasis on Spread-sheets, formulae & Pivot tables
- Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Able to work to challenging deadlines in a pressurised environment
- Hands on with a flexible approach to working hours
- Keen to learn

IT Support Analyst (1 position)
=======================
Milton Keynes:
1 Full Time Position to start as soon as possible
 
Overall Job Purpose: To provide technical support to the Organisation's IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

?To deal with computer hardware, software, network, remote access, audio visual and telecommunications problems as assigned by the Corporate IT Helpdesk.
?As required, to work as part of the HelpDesk team.
?To accurately record in the Helpdesk system information about problems encountered and the solutions, so that a pool of knowledge is built up and management are kept aware of problem areas.
?To provide professionalism in the area of IT services to ensure that the highest quality services are provided within the resources available and that they are responsive to the expressed needs and aspirations of service users.
?To meet the performance standards set out in the service level agreements
?Follow technical and team procedures and good working practices and encourage other team members to do likewise to maintain high professional standards of service delivery.
?To contribute to the accurate maintenance of the IT Software Library and Asset Register.
?To work with the team in developing IT solutions to meet identified needs and proposed remedies for faults and deficiencies with existing systems.
?To contribute to IT projects as necessary, and assist in the development of IT resources as assigned and in conjunction with colleagues at all levels.
?To provide technical support and training to team members, within areas of own expertise, as required in order to improve collective team skills and quality of service.
?To assist in the development, introduction and maintenance of technical and team procedures, good working practises etc.
?Provide technical support, guidance and advice on a day-to-day basis to colleagues in response to HelpDesk recorded faults etc.
?To undertake other duties appropriate to the post as required.
?Maintain an awareness of diverse and rapidly changing technologies and play a role in imparting these to colleagues within the Organisation.


Skills and Experience Required:
?Minimum of 2 years direct technical experience in an operational HelpDesk environment, involving practical problem solving role in a dispersed network on multiple sites.
?Minimum 3 years direct technical experience of desktop hardware, including, installation, build, reconfiguration, re-cabling and re-siting of desktop PC. Including an appreciation of multiple platform environments, utilising predominantly Microsoft operating systems.
?Ability to negotiate with and influence others, including clients and suppliers.
?Good intermediate network skills.
?A detailed, demonstrable, working knowledge of Microsoft Office2000 or XP and Windows 2000 or XP will be required.
?Should have experience of working in busy office environment and taking responsibility for own workload.
?Some Windows 2000/2003 server experience is desirable
?Experience of supporting distant user bases using remote management tools.

Education:
?A general level of educational qualification, specifically including GCSE or equivalent passes in English. A good degree in Mathematics/Science. A recognized IT qualification is desirable.
 
Other skills:
?Good communications with fluent speaking in English and Chinese 
?Driving licenses is desirable.
